Seamus Porter, JTRE London

Seamus brings over 30 years of experience and joins from Hutchinson Property Group (CK Assets Group Ltd) where he was Chief Construction Manager, having previously held roles at ML Investments and Bennett Construction UK Ltd.

Charlie Streatfeild and Victoria Boyson, Carter Jonas

\"CharlieLaunching a new office in Southfields, London has seen Carter Jonas bring Charlie Streatfeild on board as the new six-strong team’s head of sales. Charlie brings over 20 years of experience, having previously worked at Marsh and Parsons where he oversaw overseeing its sales departments in Battersea and the wider South West London markets.

Victoria Boyson, who has been with Carter Jonas for eight years, will lead the lettings business in the new office. She has moved from Carter Jonas\’ Marylebone team and is known for her welcoming manner and skilled negotiation.

Lisa Green, Bargate Homes

Lisa, who has been with the developer for seven years, will lead a 15-strong team as Bargate eyes growing its home completions to 1,500 a year. Lisa has created and driven the developer’s customer journey during her time at Bargate, while also managing the 12-month process of joining the New Homes Quality Board’s Register of Developers.

Chris Santer, The Hill Group

Chris will be responsible for residential land acquisitions across the East of England in support of Hill’s five-year business plan and growth strategy. Chris brings a wealth of experience to the role, having started his career with Leach Homes, and being promoted to land and planning manager during his 15-year spell with the company. Chris then joined Matthew Homes as senior land manager before moving to Hayfield Homes as area land director for a further four years.

Andy Isted and Felicity Newman, Aster Group

Belinda Beesley, Baker Estates

With 13 years of experience in the housebuilding industry, Belinda joins from Persimmon Homes, where she held a key role as senior contracts manager. Belinda started her career in the industry as an assistant site manager at Bovis (now Vistry), where over six years she was promoted to site manager and then area build manager.
